1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number

Please Note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. During high-demand periods (sales, new drops), processing may take slightly longer. We’ll keep you updated.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method
  • Final shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase
  • Free shipping may be available on orders that meet a minimum order value — check our website for current promotions

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.

If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@zolbiqo.com.


6. International Orders & Customs

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country
  • These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost
  • ZOLBIQO has no control over customs processing times, which may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery windows
  • We are required by law to declare the full value of all shipments on customs forms

7. Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • High order volume during sales or product drops
  • Carrier delays or disruptions
  • Customs clearance for international orders
  • Extreme weather conditions or natural events
  • Public holidays

ZOLBIQO is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or events outside our control. However, we will always do our best to assist you in tracking and resolving any issues.


8. Wrong Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order. ZOLBIQO is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@zolbiqo.com. We will do our best to update it if the order has not yet been dispatched.


9. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it:

  • Check around your delivery location and with neighbors
  • Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number
  • If the package is confirmed lost, contact us at support@zolbiqo.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date

ZOLBIQO is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. We recommend ensuring a safe delivery location or requiring a signature upon delivery where available.


10. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Take photos of the damaged packaging and items immediately
  • Contact us at support@zolbiqo.com within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include your order number and photos in your message

We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.


11. Returns & Exchanges

For information on returning or exchanging items, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy on our website. Items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached.
