At ZOLBIQO, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our Returns & Exchanges Policy carefully before submitting a request.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on items that meet all of the following conditions:

  • Returned within 14 days of the delivery date
  • Item is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • All original tags are attached
  • Item is in its original packaging
  • Item is not from the exclusions list below (see Section 3)

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.


2. How to Request a Return

Follow these steps to initiate your return:

  1. Email us at returns@zolbiqo.com within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return
  3. We will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions
  4. Once approved, pack your item(s) securely and ship them to the address provided
  5. We recommend using a tracked shipping service — ZOLBIQO is not responsible for returns lost in transit

Important: Do not send items back before receiving return authorization from our team.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked as Sale or Final Sale
  • Items purchased during special promotions or flash sales
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items with removed or missing tags
  • Gift cards

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s):

  • We will notify you by email whether your return has been approved or rejected
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund

Processing times: Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days after we approve the return. If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at returns@zolbiqo.com.


6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes only on full-price items, subject to availability.

To request an exchange:

  1. Email us at returns@zolbiqo.com with your order number and the size you need
  2. We will confirm availability and send you exchange instructions
  3. Once we receive your original item and it passes inspection, we will ship your new size

If your requested size is out of stock, we will offer a store credit or refund instead.


7. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize. Here’s what to do:

  • Contact us at returns@zolbiqo.com within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item
  • We will cover all return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items
  • You will receive a full refund or replacement at no additional cost

8. Late Returns

Returns requested after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted. We are unable to make exceptions to this policy regardless of the reason for the delay.

9. Store Credit

If you prefer, instead of a refund we can issue store credit to your ZOLBIQO account. Store credit:

  • Has no expiry date
  • Can be used on any full-price item on zolbiqo.com
  • Is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash

10. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting support@zolbiqo.com
  • After 24 hours, your order may already be in processing or dispatch and cannot be cancelled
  • If your order cannot be cancelled, you may return it once received following the process in Section 2

11. International Returns

International customers are welcome to return items following the same process. Please note:

  • International return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Any customs duties or taxes paid on the original order are non-refundable
  • Clearly mark your return package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
