1. Our Refund Commitment
We offer refunds on eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date. We want every ZOLBIQO customer to feel confident shopping with us — if there’s a problem, we’ll fix it.
2. Refund Eligibility
To qualify for a refund, your item must meet all of the following:
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
- Item is unworn and unwashed
- All original tags are still attached
- Item is in its original packaging
- Item is not listed under non-refundable items (see Section 4)
We inspect every return upon arrival. Items that do not meet these conditions will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
3. How to Request a Refund
Follow these steps:
- Email returns@zolbiqo.com within 14 days of receiving your order
- Include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you want to return
- The reason for your refund request
- Photos if the item is defective or incorrect
- Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with instructions
- Once approved, ship the item back to the address we provide
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service — we are not responsible for returns lost in transit
⚠️ Do not send items back without receiving written approval from our team first.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances:
- Items marked Sale or Final Sale
- Items purchased during flash sales or limited-time promotions
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items with removed or missing tags
- Items returned after 14 days of delivery
- Gift cards
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of our approval or rejection
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of approval
- Your bank or card provider may require additional time to reflect the refund on your statement
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please first check with your bank, then contact us at returns@zolbiqo.com.
6. Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only a partial refund may be issued:
- Items showing signs of light use but otherwise in acceptable condition
- Items returned with minor packaging damage
- Items where only part of an order is returned
Our team will assess each case individually and communicate the outcome clearly.
7. Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize.
Here’s what to do:
- Contact us at returns@zolbiqo.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos
- We will cover all return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items
- You will receive either a full refund or a free replacement — your choice
We take full responsibility for our errors and will resolve them as quickly as possible.
8. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs on standard refund requests
- ZOLBIQO covers return shipping only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items
- Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable
- We recommend tracked shipping — we cannot be held liable for packages lost during return transit
9. Exchange Instead of Refund
Prefer an exchange over a refund? We offer size exchanges on full-price items subject to availability.
- Email us at returns@zolbiqo.com with your preferred size
- If the size is available, we’ll ship it once we receive and inspect your return
- If the size is out of stock, we will issue a full refund or store credit
10. Store Credit Option
Don’t want a refund to your original payment method? We can issue store credit instead:
- Valid for any full-price item on zolbiqo.com
- No expiry date
- Non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash
- Applied to your ZOLBIQO account automatically
11. International Refunds
International customers follow the same refund process with the following notes:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs duties and import taxes originally paid are non-refundable
- Mark your return parcel clearly as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs fees
- International refunds may take slightly longer to process due to shipping times
12. Order Cancellations & Refunds
- Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement will receive a full refund
- Orders cancelled after 24 hours may already be processed and cannot be cancelled
- If your order cannot be cancelled, follow the standard return process once received
